Terms of service

1. The service

RankWar is a public paid leaderboard. A completed payment adds to the verified lifetime total of the submitted URL or X handle. Listings are ordered by that total, so another buyer can move above you at any time.

2. What a bid buys

A bid buys leaderboard placement under the rules shown on this site. It does not guarantee a particular position for any duration, traffic, clicks, sales, search ranking, or other commercial result. Lower-ranked projects may also appear in rotating discovery placements.

3. Payments and ranking

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once through Stripe. Reusing the same normalized URL or X handle adds the new payment to that listing. Tracking parameters are removed when matching listings.

Payments are non-refundable after placement except where required by law. A refund, reversal, or lost payment dispute removes the affected amount from the listing total and may change its rank.

4. Listings and moderation

You may submit only a real public product, project, company, or profile that you are authorized to promote. Malware, scams, impersonation, illegal content, hate, harassment, pornography, and deceptive redirects are prohibited. We may block or remove a listing that breaks these rules or creates legal, security, or payment risk.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the leaderboard available and accurate, but the service is provided as available and may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
